Court slaps freezing order on Autobahn group companies, directors

Singapore’s High Court imposed a freezing order – or Marvera injunction – on two directors, Tan Boon Kee (Roy Tan) and Sanjay Kumar Rai, and five Autobahn‑related companies after creditors alleged fraud and non‑disclosure of vehicle locations.
