Orchid Hotel in Tanjong Pagar sold for ≈S$273 million

The 272-room Orchid Hotel in Tanjong Pagar has been sold for about S$273 million. Developed by the family of the late Chng Gim Huat, the hotel and an accompanying strata office unit are being acquired by a local-foreign developer joint venture.
