Yishun 10 to redevelop into mixed-use complex by mid-2031

Singapore’s first cinema multiplex, Yishun 10, will cease operations on Mar 2, 2027. It will be redeveloped by Frasers Property into a mixed‑use development comprising roughly 110 residential units by mid-2031.
