IT would be nice to think that some of the sting has been taken out of the North and South Korea relationship, if only for the poor people starving in the North and those living on a perpetual knife-edge in the South.
But we should be cautious. The North has a long history of reneging on its word. The nuclear test facilities have been badly damaged. The North lives in a world of perpetual paranoia about being attacked by the US.
