Singapore should consider moving towards a process-based paperless environment. By increasing process-based digital approvals, which will reduce the amount of paper and manual work, businesses can drive digitisation and increase productivity. Manual process associated with paper consumes a lot of space, increases time to execute, and is hard to maintain over longer periods of time.
