DIGITALISATION and Big Data have brought about unprecedented connectivity, new capabilities and also new threats for people and businesses in the past decade. During this period, we have also seen security risks, such as terrorism, civil unrest, cybercrime and geopolitical instability, heighten. According to our findings from the Business Resilience Trends Watch survey conducted in partnership with Ipsos Mori, these risks are expected to pose further challenges to global mobility in 2020. It is therefore critical for organisations to continually strengthen their resilience and the sustainability of their business in the face of the ever-evolving risk outlook by leveraging digitalisation and Big Data to innovate and more importantly, to not lose sight of their ''Duty of Care'' responsibility to their people.
