Four types of asset managers that will survive the upheavals

IT has been two years since I left the asset management industry, but I could not help noticing the telltale signs of consolidation in the form of a declining workforce and bonuses.

I am not writing to add fuel to the fire, but would like to share some of my observations as an outsider and hopefully stimulate a discussion.
