Global mutual funds net buyers of S'pore stocks

GLOBAL mutual funds were net buyers of Singapore stocks in the three months to March 11. Based on transactions on the top five stocks, there were net buys of S$1.16 billion, compared with net sells of S$831.4 million.

This week, we look into the technology and healthcare segment. In this sector there were S$48.8 million worth of net buys based on the top five stocks, compared with net sells of S$28.7 million. The top fund among the buys was StarHub Ltd with a volume of S$14.2 million. The top fund among the sells was M1 Ltd with a volume of S$13.2 million.
