KEPPEL Corporation, via its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, KSI Production, is acquiring a 10 per cent stake in Golar Hilli Corp from Golar GHK Lessors for US$50.
The consideration took into account the book value and net tangible asset value of the acquired shares, "being US$50 as at September 1, 2014", Keppel said on Friday.
