A LOW-yield environment has challenged investors and savers alike for the past few years.
Given the synchronised growth seen in the global economy in 2017, many would be forgiven for thinking that the environment today has changed as yields have historically tracked economic strength higher.
However, still-loose monetary policies by systematically important central banks have perpetuated the low-yield environment.
