THE universe of private investible credit or debt is set to grow, and the asset class looks "incredibly attractive'', says BlackRock managing director James Keenan.
The private debt market came into its own as an alternative investment following the 2008 financial crisis when massive deleveraging among banks caused credit to dry up. Private investors and funds stepped into the breach.
