UBS has launched a portfolio service, called UBS Advice, that aims to get clients to stay disciplined and diversify their portfolios better.
UBS Advice taps a portfolio monitoring system to analyse client portfolios against a set of pre-defined criteria. The system sees to it that client portfolios are aligned with their chosen investment strategy and with UBS's views on markets.
The service, which was launched in parts of Europe last year, has secured more than US$6.7 billion in assets to date. Singapore is the first Asia-Pacific market to offer the service.
