Loyal League supporter gunning for Top 5
TAT HONG (The Crane Boomers) have made a League appearance every year since its inception in 2010 for a number of reasons - the challenges the competition brings, an opportunity to be placed in the Top 5 at the end of the six rounds and the fun the team has in competing.
Adds team captain Michael Ng: "The Business Times never fails to entertain us and we always like to support them and Patrick Daniel. Aside from meeting new people during the entire league, every game there is always something to look forward to that surprises the players. In any event, bonding is very important, so therefore we gain new friends, catch up with old and familiar faces and keep in contact with them, have drinks and food and most especially have a good game that makes it more enjoyable."
This year, Mr Ng (handicap 21.5) is joined by team members Roland Ng (24), Lewis Ng (22.4), Tan Hup Foi (19.3), GK Ng (19.1), Alan Soh (16.2), Lawrence Soh (15.5), Steve Lai (15), Leong Horn Kee (12), Alan Choo (11.6), Chua Kee Lock (11) and Soh Chye Guan (9.2).
