YOU can smell it before you see it. As masked courtiers in the darkened entryway beckon you with chocolate lollipops, it's the aroma wafting over from further afield - that of freshly baked chocolate cake - that draws you in.
Then you see it: A 8.5m chocolate waterfall - four tonnes of liquid chocolate cascading down in heavy curtains of heaven. So dreams - chocolate ones anyway - do come true.
