A matter of metamorphosis
Operation Dagger's delivery selection includes the #DaggerMetamorphosis series of bottled new concoctions
BEHIND closed doors, magic is still happening. Though bars remain shut, Operation Dagger has been living up to its experimental image with a trendily hashtagged #DaggerMetamorphosis series: bottled serves of new concoctions, documented on social media and delivered to fans.
"How can a bar work in social distancing times? That's one of the questions we have to ask ourselves," says head bartender Thomas Girard, who joined the bar late last year.
"I saw that there was a new chapter for the Operation Dagger story," he says. But there was little time for reinvention when the bar was booming. Located in a clandestine basement in a corner of Ann Siang Hill, the minimalistic, bunker-esque space was often bursting with patrons.
