Brunching Out

Published Thu, Mar 14, 2019 · 09:50 PM

Go directly to jail and do not pass go. If you're hungry and a fan of the board game Monopoly, get your silver token and stake out your place at Ritz-Carlton Millennia's SuperBrunch, where champagne and get-out-of-jail-free cards are aplenty. The occasion is the official launch of the hotel's bespoke Monopoly game and the entire lobby will be transformed into a life-sized version of it, with 34 'live' food stations and four themed cocktail decked out with green houses, red houses and even a 'jail' cell. Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli and his culinary team pull together a decadent spread including top grade iberico bellota jamon, 100 types of cheese, eight varieties of freshly shucked oysters, four types of caviar, pan seared foie gras, blue lobster, sea urchin, suckling pig and more. Caricaturists, dancers and a magician add to the non-edible entertainment.

SuperBrunch is on Mar 17 from 12pm to 3.30pm. Priced at S$298 (including champagne and wine) and S$398 (including free flow Bollinger La Grande Année 2007). For reservations, please call 6434-5288.
