FROM Odette to Louise. Acclaimed French chef Julien Royer of Singapore's two Michelin-starred Odette is poised to open a fine-dining restaurant in Hong Kong this June.

He is collaborating with Hong Kong restaurateur Yenn Wong of the Jia Group to open Louise in the hipster enclave PMQ or Police Married Headquarters in Sheung Wan. It is a heritage building converted into a creative hub filled with design studios, shops and offices. The restaurant will take over from the Jia Group's Aberdeen Street Social, which will close on April 1. Opened in 2014, Aberdeen Street Social was helmed by British celebrity chef Jason Atherton.
