Platform for day-drinking
Drinks studio platform. blends cocktails into one's lifestyle
FROM the outside, the fully glass-fronted space on Amoy Street doesn't seem like a bar. With the white-and-cream colour scheme, soft furnishings, and rattan chairs with plump cushions, you could be forgiven for mistaking it as a regular cafe. Even the bar itself is more of a kitchen island.
But that's all in line with the philosophy of hipster-friendly "drinks studio" platform. - its stylised lowercase name complete with full-stop - which seeks to make drinking a part of everyday life. Emphasis on "day".
The bar is open from noon and features a low-alcohol cocktail menu alongside cafe staples such as coffee and tea.
