THE Singapore government has struck a fine balance between a carrot and a stick approach to motivate fair employment, Edmund Lee, managing director of TMF Singapore said.
Mr Lee, who helps clients in their expansion strategies, told The Business Times that a carrot and stick approach tends to be more effective at motivating action in people.
