    STEPPING into your first leadership role can be both exhilarating and daunting. The pressure to perform and lead your team to success can be overwhelming.

    While there are countless strategies for achieving excellence, it is important to recognise and avoid common pitfalls. Here are five things not to do when taking on your first leadership role.
