More meaningful to get boards to set diversity goals, report progress
Singapore
TO move the needle on board diversity in Singapore, companies could strive towards "self-declared targets" and report their progress against these goals. Speaking at a webinar on board diversity organised by the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on Tuesday, Mr Ganu said Singapore's companies are from from where they need to be in terms of board diversity.
