An innovation advocate

WITH 30 years of IT management in large organisations, Rosina Howe-Teo is responsible for the formulation and implementation of LTA's e-government transformation strategies through the use of innovation and smart technologies.

She has been appointed to lead the Singapore Smart Nation Urban Mobility Domain to develop strategic plans and a collaborative platform that integrates inter-agency efforts towards the development of new ideas and solutions to address smart urban mobility challenges for a Smart Nation.

She also chairs the national Land Transport Innovation Fund to catalyse collaboration with industry partners to test-bed world-class transportation solutions and model best practices for urban sustainable development.
