    【新加坡】新加坡与不丹于周四（11月20日）联合启动了碳信用项目的申请征集。这是继与加纳和秘鲁达成类似协议后，新加坡发起的第三次此类征集。

    新加坡贸易与工业部表示，获授权的项目将在不丹释放更多碳减排潜力，并通过“定向融资推进两国的气候目标”。

    这些项目还将产生符合《巴黎协定》第六条的国际碳信用额度。新加坡须缴纳碳税的企业将能使用这些信用额度，以抵消其高达5%的应税排放量。
