Ezra unit EOL back in US$43.03m put option wrangle with Perisai

THE offshore support vessel (OSV) unit of beleaguered group Ezra Holdings is seeking legal advice on a bid by Kuala Lumpur-listed Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Berhad to revive a put option obliging the former to buy a joint-venture stake at US$43.03 million.
OSV-focused Emas Offshore Ltd (EOL) said late on Sunday that Perisai had in an Aug 17 regulatory disclosure on Bursa Malaysia alleged that a settlement with EOL had lapsed and indicated it is pursuing a completion of the put option.
