Plastoform Holdings to be delisted on Feb 14
MAINBOARD-LISTED Plastoform Holdings will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange on Feb 14, 2022, the electronics manufacturer announced on Monday (Jan 17).
"The company will continue to exist as an unlisted public limited company with all its existing shareholders after it is delisted from the SGX," it said.
Shares of Plastoform Holdings have been suspended by its request since Apr 4, 2019, in regard to uncertainty over its ability to continue as a going concern.
On Feb 6 and Dec 1 last year, the company submitted proposals to resume trading of its shares, however they were both rejected. The company also submitted a follow-up proposal, which was also rejected on the basis that there were insufficient details to substantiate that the company will be able to continue.
Plastoform announced on that has received a notification of delisting on Dec 17.
