Niigata Prefecture's fresh produce takes centrestage at the restaurant from now till Dec 30. The menu includes Nanban Ebi, or sweet shrimp, Tai-Madai, or sea bream also known as "celebration fish", Koshihikari rice and Le Lectier pear.
