Resorts World Sentosa's Art at Curate gets off to a "hygge" start in 2018 with an appearance by chef Emma Bengtsson of the two Michelin-starred Nordic restaurant Aquavit in New York. The acclaimed lady chef teams up with resident chef Benjamin Halat to present a series of "four hands" lunch and dinner menus from Jan 12 to 18. As the second female chef in the US to helm a two-starred restaurant in the US, there are high expectations of the chef who puts an innovative spin on Sweden's culinary traditions. Expect the likes of Foie Gras Ice Cream served with Blackberries and Birch Syrup; Mangalitsa Pork Collar with Celeriac and Apple; and Gravlax and Sea Urchin.
The four-course lunch is priced at S$88++ while the eight-course dinner is priced at S$138++. Wine pairing is available. For reservations, call 6577 7288
