Hong Kong: Stocks end marginally higher
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks eked out minor gains on Tuesday after a day of swinging back and forth, with traders given a tepid lead from Wall Street ahead of the Federal Reserve's latest policy meeting, The Hang Seng Index edged up 5.22 points, to end at 26,852.05.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index gave up 0.21 per cent, or 6.91 points, to 3,243.69 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, lost 0.33 per cent, or 6.08 points, to 1,848.59.
