Singapore
CITI Singapore is joining other Singapore banks in its use of chatbot technology.
Its natural-language chatbot on Facebook Messenger, called Citi Bot, will first be launched among some 600 members of Citi Singapore's Beta Testing Community, comprising City customers and employees.
