[SINGAPORE] Yangzijiang (YZJ) Maritime, Centurion Accommodation Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) and Golden Agri-Resources were announced on Tuesday (Dec 9) as the new additions to two iEdge Singapore indices.

This update to the indices kicks in at the start of trading on Dec 22.

The first index they will be added to is the iEdge Singapore Next 50 Index, which is weighted by market capitalisation; the other is the iEdge Singapore Next 50 Liquidity Weighted Index.

YZJ Maritime is a spinoff from the maritime investment segment of YZJ Financial. The investment company debuted on the mainboard of SGX on Nov 18, with an issue price of S$0.60 a share.

It has core businesses in maritime asset investments and ship financing, and also invests in vessels for charter and sale via joint ventures and leasing models.

As at Jun 30, it had a net asset value of over US$1.57 billion. In H1 2025, the company recorded earnings of US$63.54 million, down from US$68.91 million for the corresponding period the year before.

Centurion Accommodation Reit listed on SGX on Sep 25, with an initial public offering price of S$0.88 a unit. It was the second-biggest mainboard listing on the SGX in 2025, after NTT DC Reit in July 2025.

The Golden Agri Resources group has been trading on SGX since 1999, with a market capitalisation of about S$3.5 billion.

The combined weightage of YZJ Maritime, Centurion Reit and Golden Agri-Resources will be around 9 per cent, based on the counters’ indicative weightages on Nov 28.

The three companies take the place of Samudera Shipping, Nanofilm Technologies International and Aztech Global.

The next review of these iEdge Singapore Next 50 indices takes place in March 2026.
