    [SINGAPORE] Roland Krueger does not have a specific leadership style, but the senior executive says that the key to leading a company successfully is preparation – and lots of it.

    The automotive and technology sector leader’s approach is simple and solid rather than spectacular, but that he is alive and speaking to us is proof enough that it works.

    In November 2012, he made an attempt to ski to the South Pole solo and without any external support. He was setting up shelter in a storm when the wind caused a tent pole to snap, creating a tear in the tent.
