CATALIST-LISTED Memories Group will delist on Wednesday (Jan 18), according to a bourse filing on Monday.

Memories Group is the tourism spin-off of Yoma Strategic. The group and Memories (2022), an associate of Yoma's executive chairman Serge Pun, is offering to take Memories private. at S$0.047 per share.
