SECURITY services provider Certis is partnering The Business Times Budding Artists Fund (BT BAF) to launch a series of activities to empower the children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds through the arts.
Called Community Give-Back, the programme will enable the children and youth who have received from the BT BAF to use their talents to give back to the community.
