Artisanal wagyu comes to Singapore

    WAGYU has been a topic of fascination for Japanese food lovers who can make it a hobby of tasting beef across the country's many prefectures, waxing lyrical about the shimofuri of this wagyu and the BMS grading of that.

    But then comes one wagyu fanatic who had his first taste of Matsusaka beef in 2013, and then spent the next 8 years finding a way to get it into Singapore.
