Camden Park GCB being sold for S$48 million to Centurion Corp’s Kelvin Teo
The bungalow belonged to late architect Ho Kok Hoe, whose sons put it up for sale at S$55.9 million
[SINGAPORE] A freehold bungalow in the Camden Park Good Class Bungalow (GCB) Area is in the process of being sold, with an option recently signed to purchase the house for S$48 million.
The Camden Park property belonged to the late Singaporean artist and architect Ho Kok Hoe, and was put up for sale by his family.
Caveat data showed that the GCB was priced at S$48 million, which works out to S$1,604 per square foot (psf) on the freehold land area of 29,922 square feet (sq ft).
