FREEHOLD boutique development Baywind Residences at Telok Kurau is slated to start showflat previews on Saturday (May 14), with guide prices from below S$2 million.

Developed by Baywind Properties, a consortium comprising construction group Lim Wen Heng (LWH) Holdings and mainboard-listed ABR Holdings, the 5-storey development comprises a total of 24 units.

The 3-bedroom flats range from 969 square feet (sq ft) to 1,066 sq ft, with a starting guide price of S$2,038 per square foot (psf) or a quantum below S$2 million. The 4-bedders which span between 1,270 sq ft and 1,313 sq ft start from S$1,953 psf or about S$2.5 million.

“Since the Covid-19 pandemic, urban living has evolved, and people now crave for more space within their homes. Every unit type comes with a universal space that can be used as a study room or home office, a hobby room or an expansion to the main living area,” said Baywind Properties director Jason Lin.

Baywind Residences joins a pipeline of properties to launch in District 15 in the east this month, including Bukit Sembawang Estates’ Marine Parade project Liv@MB and K16 Developments’ Atlassia in Joo Chiat.

The 99-year-leasehold Liv@MB started previews last weekend and drew crowds of over 4,000 people to its showflat. The Arthur Road project has 298-units ranging from 1- to 4-bedroom flats.
