[SINGAPORE] Three full office floors of Suntec Towers 1 and 2 are on sale with a guide price of about S$135 million, or S$3,350 per square foot (psf), said marketing agent Savills on Friday (Apr 10).
The portfolio has a total strata area of about 40,300 square feet (sq ft) and is currently fully occupied.
It thus provides “immediate income visibility”, with a yield above 4 per cent, added Savills.
The offering comprises Level 27 in Tower 1 and Levels 12 and 13 in Tower 2, with five individual strata titles ranging from 3,498 to 14,273 sq ft.
“Fully leased strata office floors with stable income streams remain highly sought after, particularly among investors seeking yield visibility and flexibility in ownership,” said Yap Hui Yee, executive director of investment sales and capital markets at Savills Singapore.
The offering follows recent buyer interest in Suntec City.

Three full office floors were bought in 2025 for between S$3,200 and S$3,364 psf, while a strata office unit was sold in January 2026 for S$3,897 psf.
Both foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase the three floors on sale, with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty.
The sale will be conducted through an expression of interest exercise closing on May 15 at 3 pm, with the floors available for purchase individually or on a portfolio basis.
“Beyond asset-specific fundamentals, Singapore continues to attract interest from regional and international investors seeking stability and transparency,” said Yap. “These factors have supported sustained demand for well-located commercial assets.”
