DESPITE digitalising at an unprecedented rate amid the Covid-19 pandemic, restaurateurs still have a long way to go in maximising the benefits of technology and data in their businesses, say key F&B industry players and restaurateurs. Also, a survey has shown that 84 per cent of data-driven companies in Singapore have reaped critical business advantages during the pandemic - the highest in the region, and more than companies in Australia, India and Japan.
