[SINGAPORE] As health and fitness emerge as growing priorities in life, more consumers in Singapore are turning to meal preparation delivery services for nutritionally balanced, convenient offerings.

Meal preparation – or meal prep, for short – refers to the act of preparing meals for consumption later. A meal prep service provider delivers full meals or pre-portioned ingredients, which come either chilled or frozen, to customers’ doorsteps.

Unlike traditional catering companies, these providers typically list total calorie counts and a breakdown of the three primary macronutrients – carbohydrates, proteins and fats – for their offerings.
