Its board has recommended a final dividend of S$0.60, announced the bank in its results filing on Wednesday (Feb 16). Shares of UOB closed S$0.02 or 0.1 per cent lower at S$32.68 on Tuesday.
OUE Lippo Healthcare (OUELH): 5WA The healthcare group on Tuesday reported a net loss of S$2.5 million for the second half of the fiscal year ended December 2021, compared to a net loss of S$97.5 million in the year-ago period. Loss per share stood at S$0.00056, up from S$0.02194 from the previous year. Shares of OUELH closed at S$0.036 on Tuesday, up 2.9 per cent or S$0.001, prior to the announcement of the results.
Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT): M44U The real estate investment trust (Reit) announced on Tuesday that it will acquire 2 parcels of leasehold industrial properties in Subang Jaya in the Malaysian state of Selangor for a total price of RM65.6 millon (S$21 million). Debt will fully fund the acquisition which is expected to be completed by September 2022. Units of MLT closed on Tuesday at S$1.75, up 1.2 per cent or S$0.02, before the announcement.
Frasers Property: TQ5 Frasers Property member, Frasers Hospitality, has entered the Cambodia market with the launch of 3 new properties in key commercial districts. Shares of Frasers Property closed flat on Tuesday at S$1.10, after the announcement.
Trading halt: Investment holding company Shinvest Holding BJW has called for a trading halt on Wednesday morning, pending the release of an announcement. Shares of Shinvest closed at S$3.10 on Monday, up S$0.28 or 9.9 per cent.
