As we begin the new year, we want to share some of our news stories that were most read, most shared and had the greatest reach last year. The rankings were compiled based on online analytics measuring page views, unique visitors, link clicks and Facebook shares originating from BT's digital platforms from Jan 1 to Dec 30, 2016.
