    【新加坡】— 凯德腾飞房地产投资信托（CapitaLand Ascendas Reit，简称Clar）于周四（2月5日）公布，截至2025年12月31日的下半年，其每单位派息（DPU）下跌2%至0.07528新元，去年同期为0.07681新元。
