Seatrium驳回价值4.75亿美元合同的“不当终止”通知，已收到仲裁通知

【新加坡】Seatrium于周三（10月22日）表示，已驳回其在2022年与Maersk Offshore Wind一家附属公司签订的、价值4.75亿美元合同的终止通知。

这家海事工程公司在一份交易所公告中表示，已于10月12日驳回了该终止通知。

在驳回通知中，Seatrium表示Maersk的附属公司“构成了毁约性违约”，并且公司“保留就买方的不当终止行为追究其责任的所有权利”。

该合同旨在为美国海上风电场“Empire Wind 1”项目建造一艘风力涡轮机安装船。Seatrium曾表示将“探索可行的解决方案”，包括与最终客户——Equinor和BP的合资企业Empire Offshore Wind——进行磋商。

Seatrium还于周一向买方发出通知，称这艘已完成98.9%的船只将于2026年1月30日交付。

作为回应，Seatrium于周二收到了有关该合同争议的仲裁通知。通知指出，此类争议将根据现行的伦敦海事仲裁员协会（London Maritime Arbitrators Association）条款，提交至伦敦进行仲裁。

Seatrium表示，该仲裁通知中并未包含有关所指争议、买方索赔或买方所寻求的救济措施等任何具体信息。

公司补充称，正在寻求法律意见，并将“积极维护自身立场，对买方的任何索赔进行有力辩护”。

周三，Seatrium股价收盘上涨1%或0.02新元，至2.11新元。
