CATALIST-LISTED Metech International has reached an amicable out-of-court settlement with Deng Yiming over its lawsuit against the latter over missing diamonds and inflated machine prices.

The High Court’s assessment of the amount of damages comes after Deng was also ordered to pay Asian Eco Technology S$34,000 in costs in August this year.

Metech says a High Court judge has ordered Deng Yiming to pay its joint-venture entity costs totalling S$34,000, excluding disbursements.
