REX International’s subsidiary Lime Petroleum will acquire a 17 per cent interest in PL740, an oil and gas licence for a field in the Norwegian North Sea, the group said on Tuesday (Nov 7).

“While the revised acquisition no longer requires shareholders’ approval, the company purportedly completed the transfer of shares in Moroxite T from Moroxite AB to Moroxite Holding and injected the capital contribution at the point in time when the terms of the original agreement prevailed,” says SGX RegCo.
