Football fever: Fifa World Cup merchandise to get your hands on
Fans can show their support with everything from jerseys to plushies
[SINGAPORE] When the quadrennial Fifa World Cup kicks off on Thursday (Jun 11), fans in Singapore will be trying to figure out how to catch the matches, which will be played at either odd or work hours.
With 48 teams playing a record 104 matches in host countries the US, Mexico and Canada, following the five-and-a-half weeks of action will mean either sacrificing sleep or skipping work.
But whatever the case, diehard footy fans can certainly get into the mood with Fifa-endorsed merchandise. Apart from jerseys, there are collectible Lego sets and everything from bags and footwear to mugs, bottle openers and accessories.
As World Cup season gets under way, here are some things you can spend your money on:
Lego
The toy company is marking the occasion with a line-up of football-inspired builds.
The brand-new Lego Editions sets include four pitch legends – Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi and Vini Jr (S$45.90 to S$259.90) – each immortalised in various on-field heroics. Some of the sets come with hidden easter eggs woven into the builds, and fans are already having fun discovering these meaningful nods to the player’s lives and career highlights.
There are also sets inspired by the Fifa World Cup official trophy, emblem and football. The replica trophy (S$259.90) has a plaque at the bottom naming past World Cup winners, and opens to reveal a mini figure holding a trophy.
Even cooler is the replica football (S$179.90), within which is a detailed mini stadium celebration scene, complete with fireworks that go off at the press of a button. Can fans of both football and Lego collectibles resist this one?
Pop Mart
Yes, Pop Mart has skin in the game, with its The Monsters x Fifa “Catch the Win” series of merchandise.
The vinyl plush Labubu (S$129.90) for instance, is dressed in a full and removable World Cup kit and shoes. It also holds a replica trophy with faithfully recreated details. There are also plush pendants, pendant lights, mugs, bottle openers and lanyards.
Strictly for The Monsters fans only.
Available at Pop Mart stores and official Pop Mart stores on Lazada and Shopee
Weston Corporation
The large number of teams and logistical challenges are tough hurdles to overcome for the football-dedicated retailer. But it has managed to secure jerseys (S$115 to S$199) for 40 out of the 48 nations participating in World Cup 2026.
Still, Weston is hoping to bring in merchandise from at least 43 teams. To that end, it has opened a first-of-its-kind football pop-up carrying one of the world’s largest federation jersey collections at Jewel Changi Airport.
On top of kits from fan favourites such as Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Germany and Spain, there are Weston exclusives including those from Colombia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, South Africa and Sweden.
Also available are other World Cup paraphernalia, ranging from the official match ball to bags, caps, footwear, water bottles and key rings.
Weston Corp World Cup ’26 pop-up runs till Jul 31 at #02-212/213, Jewel Changi Airport
