Knight Frank hires Christine Li as Asia-Pacific head of research
CHRISTINE Li has joined Knight Frank as head of research for the Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore, the real estate consultancy said on Monday.
The announcement confirms The Business Times' report in January about the impending move. Ms Li was previously head of research for Singapore and South-east Asia at Cushman & Wakefield.
At Knight Frank, she oversees the research teams across the Asia-Pacific in forecasting key trends and bringing insights to clients across the office, industrial and residential sectors as well as specialist asset classes such as student accommodation and data centres.
She will also provide a regional perspective on the firm's flagship global reports.
In a statement, she noted that the Asia-Pacific is expected to have the fastest growth in ultra-high-net-worth private wealth and commercial investments in the medium term.
Separately, Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI) has appointed Mok Sze Sze as managing partner of its new auction platform. Before this, she was with JLL Singapore for 14 years as head of auction and sales.
