凯利板上市公司 MoneyMax 将于 5 月 6 日转至新交所主板

【新加坡】凯利板上市的典当行 MoneyMax 金融服务周四（4月30日）宣布，公司将于 5 月 6 日转至新加坡交易所（SGX）主板。

该公司在一月份曾表示，此次转板将提升其股东的长期价值。该公司补充说，登陆主板还将提升其形象，并为其带来更高的知名度和认可度。

MoneyMax 还在周一完成了 5300 万股新普通股的配售，每股价格为 0.835 新元，共筹集了 4430 万新元。这批新股约占 MoneyMax 此前 9.375 亿总股数的 5.7%。

MoneyMax 执行主席兼首席执行官 Dr Lim Yong Guan 表示：“随着此次配售的完成，我们……已经满足了（转至主板）的要求。”

此次新股的发行价比 4 月 15 日 0.862 新元的成交量加权平均价有约 3.1% 的折让。

MoneyMax 表示，此次配售获得了机构投资者的“强劲需求”。

该公司还指出，新加坡金融管理局“股权市场发展计划”下的只做多机构基金经理，包括 Fullerton Fund Management、Lion Global Investors 和 Eastspring Investments，已全数认购了此次发行的新股。

今年二月，MoneyMax 公布其 2025 年下半年利润得益于其核心业务板块的强劲增长，几乎翻倍至 4200 万新元。

周四，MoneyMax 股价收盘上涨 3.8%，即 0.035 新元，至 0.945 新元。
