Atome获得3.45亿美元增额授信，HSBC和DBS等参与其中

【新加坡讯】“先买后付”（Buy Now Pay Later, 简称BNPL）平台Atome已获得一笔更大规模的3.45亿美元授信额度，高于其在2024年获得的2亿美元。

HSBC再次担任结构性银行以及委任牵头安排人和账簿管理人（MLAB）。DBS也作为MLAB加入。

续贷方包括Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation和Cathay United Bank。新的贷款方则包括Shanghai Pudong Development Bank。

这笔新的授信额度将加速Atome在东南亚市场的“先买后付”（BNPL）和贷款业务的扩张。

这笔授信也将用于在新加坡、马来西亚和菲律宾扩展其Pay Later Anywhere卡业务。

Atome首席商务官Andy Tan表示：“我们现在处于更有利的地位，可以支持一个快速增长、健康且盈利的贷款组合，同时扩展透明且灵活的信贷解决方案，以服务商家和消费者。”

Atome Financial（包括Atome的“先买后付”业务、Atome PayLater Anywhere卡和Kredit Pintar）在2024年报告的营业收入为2.36亿美元。

该平台在2024年处理的商品交易总额（Gross Merchandise Value）也超过了20亿美元。
