Stocks to watch: Suntec Reit, Keppel Reit, ESR-Logos Reit, FCT, Hwa Hong
THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Wednesday (Jul 27).
Suntec Reit : T82U 0%: The commercial real estate investment trust’s (Reit) distribution per unit (DPU) grew 15.8 per cent year on year to S$0.0481 for its 6-month period ended June, from S$0.04154 last year. Gross revenue rose 22.1 per cent from S$203.5 million for the first half of this year, from S$166.8 million in the corresponding year-ago period. Units of the Reit closed 0.6 per cent or S$0.01 higher at S$1.59 on Tuesday before the results announcement.
Keppel Reit : K71U 0%: The Reit posted a 1 per cent year-on-year increase in H1 2022 distribution per unit (DPU) to S$0.0297 on Tuesday after trading hours, on the back of a 4.6 per cent growth in H1 distribution to unitholders to S$110.5 million. This was driven by contributions from Keppel Bay Tower and higher net property income from Ocean Financial Centre, 8 Exhibition Street and Pinnacle Office park. Units of Keppel Reit closed 1.9 per cent or S$0.02 higher at S$1.10 on Tuesday.
